Settings the Minimum Night Stay

1. Press the Short Stays / Cleaning / Other (tab)
2. Enter the Minimum Night Stay
3. Press Save

Setting Discounts

If you discount your property for long stays:

1. Enter the discount percentage rate
2. Enter the number of days requested/booked before the discount will be active
3. Press save

Cleaning Fee

If you change a cleaning fee for short bookings:

1. Check the box if you charge a cleaning fee for short stays
2. Enter the amount charged for cleaning
3. Enter the short stay number of days

Set Pricing for Short Stays

Use the drop down menus to configure the formula used to calculate pricing for short stays

Press the Save button to update changes
