Granting Login Access to Your System Administrator

This lesson will provide an overview on how to grant your Salesforce administrator access to your account.  This is usually the easiest way for an administrator to fix any issues that might occur.

Granting Login Access

To grant an administrator login access to your account:

1. Click your name
2. Select My Settings
3. Expandthe Personal menu
4. Select Grant Account Login Access
5. Select a profile to Grant Access To then update Access Duration settings
6. Click Save

Do not change the settings for Salesforce.com Support.
