Their v1 platform had core functionality but lacked the polish, performance, and enterprise features needed to win mid-market and enterprise customers. The marketing site wasn't converting free trial signups effectively, the dashboard UX was clunky on mobile, and they had no content strategy to capture organic traffic from users searching for monitoring solutions. They needed a v2 rebuild that could compete at the enterprise tier.
We executed a complete v2 platform redesign and rebuild using Next.js and Material UI, creating both a high-converting public marketing site and a polished application dashboard. The rebuild introduced enterprise-grade features including role-based access control, audit trails, and advanced analytics, while the marketing site was designed to drive free trial conversions with clear value propositions and social proof.
Conducted competitive analysis of Visualping, Hexowatch, ChangeTower, and changedetection.io to identify feature gaps and positioning opportunities in the enterprise monitoring space.
Rebuilt the entire platform on Next.js with a modern dark-themed UI, designing both the public marketing site and the authenticated application dashboard as a cohesive product experience.
Designed a conversion-optimized landing page with clear value propositions, feature cards (AI-powered detection, visual diffs, flexible intervals, multi-channel alerts), a three-step 'How It Works' flow, and transparent pricing tiers.
