By accessing and using Webanto's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services.
The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Webanto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Subscription fees, included usage allowances, and usage-based rates, including AI usage rates, are shown in your account and on your invoices. We will email the billing contact on your account at least 30 days before any increase to a recurring fee or usage-based rate, or any reduction to an included usage allowance, takes effect. The notice will describe what is changing and the date it takes effect, and upcoming changes are also listed in your account. Changes you request, such as upgrading your plan or adding a service, may take effect immediately. Promotional pricing and trials end on the terms stated when they were offered, and taxes may change as required by law. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webanto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Webanto harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page, update the date above, and email you about material changes before they take effect. Changes to fees and usage allowances are governed by Section 5 (Fees and Price Changes). Your continued use of our services after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
